高速铁路预制梁场提梁设备改造方案研究

摘  要:以新建天津至潍坊高速铁路站前四标黄骅制梁场40 m预制简支箱梁提运架设备为背景,分析40 m与32 m、24 m预制简支箱梁对设备起重量的要求,探讨DLT1000轮胎式提梁机、MG500型门式起重机设备参数及提运架局限性,研究DLT1000轮胎式提梁机8轴式、10轴式和MG500型门式起重机改造方案。改造后,DLT1000轮胎式提梁机可满足40 m预制简支箱梁尺寸和起重量要求,MG500型门式起重机起重能力提高50 t,可满足40 m预制简支箱梁的跨线提升和安装施工。该改造方案简单高效,既有设备得到重新利用,节约了新制设备的高额成本。Based on the equipment for lifting and transporting 40 m precast simply supported box girders at Huanghua Beam Fabrication Yard in front of the newly-built Tianjin-Weifang High-speed Railway Station,this paper analyzes the requirements for equipment lifting capacity between 40 m,32 m and 24 m precast simply supported box girders.The equipment parameters and lifting frame limitations of DLT1000 tire type lifting machine and MG500 gantry crane are explored,and two transformation schemes for DLT1000 tire type lifting machine,8-axis and 10 axis,and MG500 gantry crane are analyzed.After the transformation,DLT1000 tire type lifting machine is suitable for the size and lifting capacity requirements of 40 m precast simply supported box girders.The lifting capacity of MG500 gantry crane has been increased by 50 t,which can meet the cross line lifting and installation construction of 40 m prefabricated simply supported box girder.This renovation plan is simple and efficient,and the existing equipment has been reused,saving the high cost of new equipment.
