摘 要:针对传统预制梁场信息化水平低、管理效率低、成本高等问题,以新建天津至潍坊高速铁路站前四标黄骅制梁场为工程背景,以数字孪生技术为基础,提出高速铁路预制梁场数字孪生系统架构设计方案,并建立高速铁路预制梁场BIM模型,以实现预制梁场人员管理、考勤管理、安全管理、设备管理、物流管理、工艺管理、进度管理等的可视化、智能化,大幅度提高了梁场信息化管理水平,降低了管理成本,可为高速铁路预制梁场数字孪生技术应用提供参考。In response to the problems of low informatization level,low management efficiency and high cost in traditional prefabricated beam yards,the Huanghua Prefabrication Yard in Bid Section 4 of the new Tianjin-Weifang High-speed Railway was taken as the engineering background for study.Based on digital twin technology,a digital twin system architecture design for high-speed railway prefabricated beam yards was proposed,and a BIM model of the high-speed railway prefabricated beam yard was established.This system aims to realize the visualization and intelligence of personnel management,attendance management,safety management,equipment management,logistics management,process management and progress management in the prefabricated beam yard,significantly improving the informatization management level of the beam yard and reducing management costs.It provides a reference for the application of digital twin technology in high-speed railway prefabricated beam yards.
