摘  要:以滨海枢纽匝道区及拼宽区的钢混组合梁架设为例,从架桥机结构设计、数字化模拟技术,对海上枢纽互通小曲率半径桥梁数字化架桥机进行研发。结果表明,对于小曲率半径桥梁架设,架桥机通过多支腿的前进、横移、平转等操作实现桥机纵移过孔、整体横移和架桥机平面旋转角度等需要;基于数字孪生系统,可重现架桥机安装及架设过程,并分析其关键工况下的安全风险,使架桥机能够适应复杂的曲线轨迹,实现精确的架设操作;通过智能化控制与实时监测,提高施工过程安全性与效率,有效解决传统架桥机在有限施工空间和复杂地形下操作困难的问题。Taking the steel-concrete composite beam erection in the ramp area and widening area of the coastal hub as an example,the digital bridge erecting machine for small curvature radius bridges in the interconnection of offshore hubs was developed from the perspective of bridge erecting machine structure design and digital simulation technology.The research results show that for the erection of small curvature radius bridges,the bridge erecting machine achieves the needs of longitudinal movement through holes,overall lateral movement,and plane rotation angle of the bridge erecting machine through the forward,lateral movement,and horizontal rotation of multiple legs.Based on the digital twin system,the installation and erection process of the bridge erecting machine can be reproduced,and the safety risks under key working conditions can be analyzed,enabling the bridge erecting machine to adapt to complex curve trajectories and achieve precise installation operations.Through intelligent control and real-time monitoring,the safety and efficiency of the construction process can be improved.This approach effectively solves the problem of difficult operation of traditional bridge erecting machines in limited construction space and complex terrain.
