摘 要:杭甬高速复线宁波一期滨海高架桥施工过程中与15条海底管线交越。为确保工程施工和管线运行安全,提出多层次管线精准测量方法。先对勘测区域进行整体侧扫声呐测量,了解并确定可能裸露在泥面上的管线缆路由总体情况,同时探测泥面上可能存在的障碍物;在此基础上,利用磁法探测确定勘测区域内各线缆埋深和平面位置;进一步使用浅地层剖面仪测定管线平面位置和埋深情况,并对磁探结果进行检核确认,以保证探测精度,从而实现对工程范围内管线的精确定位测量,探明各管线精确平面位置及埋深情况,为桥梁施工方案的科学决策提供基础资料和科学依据。During the construction of the Ningbo Phase I Binhai Elevated Bridge on the Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway double track,it intersected with 15 submarine pipelines.To ensure the safety of construction and the operation of these pipelines,a multi-level pipeline precise measurement method is proposed.Firstly,a comprehensive side scan sonar measurement is conducted on the survey area to understand and determine the overall situation of pipeline cable routes that may be exposed on the mud surface.Simultaneously,the distribution of obstacles that may exist on the mud surface is detected.On this basis,magnetic detection is used to detect and determine the planar position and burial depth of pipeline routes within the survey area.Sub-bottom profiler is further utilized to determine the plane position and burial depth of pipelines,and the magnetic exploration results are verified and confirmed to ensure detection accuracy,thereby achieving precise positioning and measurement of pipelines within the project scope,and identifying the accurate plane position and burial depth of each pipeline.This approach provides basic data and scientific basis for scientific decision-making of bridge construction plans.
