摘  要:以杭甬枢纽互通项目小曲率半径钢混组合梁匝道桥为工程背景,建立其混凝土桥面板有限元模型,明确在典型工况下标准组合和基本组合作用下结构安全性,分析不同横向约束力条件下桥面板横向抗滑移稳定性。同时,基于结构特性和施工条件,提出一种适用于桥面板工厂化预制的快速安拆移动式模板系统,有助于缩短施工周期、降低成本、提升施工安全性,而且标准化模板模块为标准通用件,可重复回收利用;扇形模板模块可调节曲线线形,且扇形竹胶板上所铰接设置的上、下钢板可形成插槽便于连接。Taking the small curvature radius steel-concrete composite beam ramp bridge of the Hangzhou-Ningbo Interchange Project as the engineering background,a finite element model of its concrete bridge deck is established to clarify the structural safety under standard and basic combinations under typical working conditions,and analyze the lateral anti slip stability of the bridge deck under different lateral constraint conditions.At the same time,based on structural characteristics and construction conditions,a fast installation and removal mobile formwork system suitable for factory prefabrication of bridge decks is proposed,which helps to shorten the construction period,reduce costs,and improve construction safety.Moreover,standardized formwork modules are standard universal components that can be recycled and reused.The fan-shaped template module can adjust the curve line shape,and the upper and lower steel plates hinged on the fan-shaped bamboo plywood can form slots for easy connection.
