摘 要:随着交通流量日益增加,传统混凝土在伸缩缝区域因性能不足导致桥梁病害激增。UHPC因其超高强度和韧性,成为有效的解决方案。通过优化配合比和施工工艺,采用早强型UHPC作为修复材料,以提高混凝土强度和流动性。试验结果表明,甲酸钙作为早强剂可有效改善UHPC性能,但过量使用会影响其抗压强度。此外,湿养护相较于干养护对UHPC强度发展更为有利。结合某高速公路施工实例,对早强型UHPC在伸缩缝施工中的应用效果进行验证,展现出优越的耐久性和施工效率。With the increasing traffic flow,traditional concrete has led to a surge in bridge diseases in the expansion joint area due to its insufficient performance.Ultra-High Performance Concrete(UHPC)has become an effective solution due to its ultra-high strength and toughness.By optimizing the mix proportion and construction process,early-strength UHPC is used as the repair material to improve the strength and flowability of concrete.The experimental results indicate that calcium formate,as an early-strength agent,can effectively improve the performance of UHPC,but excessive use can affect its compressive strength.In addition,wet curing is more beneficial for the strength development of UHPC compared to dry curing.Based on a construction example of a certain highway,the application effect of early-strength UHPC in expansion joint construction is verified,demonstrating superior durability and construction efficiency.
