摘 要:为解决香港粉岭高架桥建设过程中遇到的施工工期紧迫和施工空间受限等难题以及适应香港地区标准体系的挑战,通过研制反向转体系统、设置多重固结措施、加装智能监控系统等方式,形成了桥梁平衡轴心转体施工关键技术,既保障了施工质量,又提高了施工效率,成功实现了香港开埠以来首次桥梁转体施工,开创了香港地区新的跨越施工先例。相比于现浇施工总计节约工期超过80个月,节约资金投入近1亿港元。In order to solve the problems of tight construction schedule and limited construction space encountered during the construction of the Fanling Viaduct in Hong Kong,as well as the challenges of adapting to the Hong Kong standard system,key technologies for bridge axis-balanced swivel construction have been developed through the development of a reverse rotation system,the installation of multiple consolidation measures,and the installation of intelligent monitoring systems.This not only ensures construction quality but also improves construction efficiency.It has successfully achieved the first bridge swivel construction since the opening of Hong Kong,setting a new precedent for cross construction in Hong Kong.Compared with cast-in-place construction,it has saved more than 80 months of construction time and nearly HKD 100 million in capital investment.
