摘  要:针对目前铁路建设信息沟通成本高、效率低,建成后运维成本大、可视化程度低的问题,研究提出一种基于数字孪生技术的铁路综合信息管理平台技术方案,实现铁路信号设备三维可视化、智能化管控。平台依托BIM技术构建数字孪生系统,对设备进行三维可视化和全周期信息管理,为铁路信号设备故障预测、诊断提供依据及技术手段,解决了跨专业信息协同问题,降低管理成本。本平台已在朔黄铁路工程中得到应用,提高了运维效率及管理智能化水平,实现了设备全周期管理、建维一体化、协同管理。In response to the current problems of high communication costs and low efficiency in railway construction information,as well as high operation and maintenance costs and low visualization levels after completion,this paper puts forward the technical scheme of railway comprehensive information management platform based on digital twin technology,so as to realize three-dimensional visualization and intelligent control of railway signal equipment.The platform relies on BIM technology to build a digital twin system to realize 3D visualization and the whole-cycle information management of the equipment,which provides technical basis for the fault prediction and diagnosis of railway signal equipment,solves the problem of cross-professional information collaboration,and reduces the management cost.This platform has been applied in the Shuohuang Railway Project,which improves the operation and maintenance efficiency and the intelligent level of management,and realizes the full-cycle management of equipment,the integration of construction and maintenance,and collaborative management.
