摘  要:旋风除尘器的除尘过程是一种复杂的三维气固湍流运动,依靠传统施工经验往往导致旋风除尘器结构设计不当、相关尺寸匹配不合理、能耗过高、除尘效率低等诸多问题。以里齐隧道新型通风系统中旋风除尘器作为研究对象,在隧道特定通风条件下分析旋风除尘器在不同结构参数下的除尘效率。采用数值模拟分析和现场试验法对其进行结构参数优化以实现设备除尘性能的提升。研究结果表明,随着旋风除尘器高度增加,单个旋风除尘器对不同粉尘粒径的除尘效率均有一定程度的提升,旋风除尘器总高度越高,除尘效率越高。为适应隧道有限空间结构,在优化旋风除尘器设备尺寸参数提高设备性能的基础上,两个旋风除尘设备串联式布置方式在宽度空间上的利用可以进一步提升其除尘性能。试验研究发现串联式布置条件下的旋风除尘器除尘效率明显提高,随粉尘浓度增加,串联式布置的旋风除尘设备除尘优势愈加明显。The dust removal process of cyclone dust collector is a complex three-dimensional gas-solid turbulent motion.Relying on traditional construction experience,it leads to many problems such as improper structural design of cyclone dust collector,unreasonable matching of relevant dimensions,high energy consumption and low dust removal efficiency.In this paper,the cyclone dust collector in the new ventilation system of Liqi Tunnel was taken as the research object.The dust removal efficiency of cyclone dust collector under different structural parameters was analyzed under specific ventilation conditions.The numerical simulation analysis and field test method were used to optimize its structural parameters to improve the dust removal performance of equipment.The analysis results showed that with the increase of the height of the cyclone dust collector,the dust removal efficiency of a single cyclone dust collector for different dust particle sizes was improved to a certain extent.The higher the total height of the cyclone dust collector,the higher the dust removal efficiency.In order to adapt to the limited space structure of the tunnel,on the basis of optimizing the equipment size parameters of the cyclone dust collector and improving the performance of the equipment,the tandem arrangement of the two cyclone dust removal equipment further improve the dust removal efficiency.The experimental study found that the dust removal efficiency of the cyclone dust collector under the condition of series arrangement was obviously improved.With the increase of dust concentration,the dust removal advantage of the cyclone dust removal equipment in series arrangement was more obvious.
