摘 要:反井法施工具有安全高效等优点,被广泛应用于竖井、斜井等地下工程。对于小倾角斜井,由于驱动力不足致使扩挖产生的岩渣不能自行从扩孔处滚动至斜井下方,从而易遇到出渣难的问题。基于CFD-DEM耦合方法,依托新疆哈密抽水蓄能电站出线洞斜井工程(倾角32.62°),建立水流辅助出渣计算模型,系统分析多种辅助水流流速条件下的岩渣运动情况,并探讨不同倾角斜井的携渣流速。结果表明:在辅助水流作用下,岩渣颗粒平均速度的时程曲线可分为快速增加和缓慢下降两个阶段;倾角相同时,岩渣颗粒的平均速度峰值和位移量均正比于水流速度;2 m/s的辅助水流可实现依托工程的出渣目标。相关研究成果可为类似工程出渣设计与施工提供技术指导和理论支持。For the advantages of safety and efficiency,the anti-well construction method has been widely used in shafts and inclined shafts.If the inclined shaft with small dip angle,the rock slag generated by the expansion excavation cannot roll from the reaming hole to the bottom of the inclined shaft for lacking the driving force,so it is easy to encounter the problem of difficult slag discharge.Based on the CFD-DEM coupling method and relying on the inclined shaft project of the outlet tunnel of Hami Pumped Storage Power Station in Xinjiang(dip angle 32.62°),this paper establishes a calculation model of water flow assisted slag discharge,systematically analyzes the movement of rock slag under various auxiliary water flow velocity conditions,and discusses the slag carrying velocity of inclined shafts with different inclination angles.The results show that under the action of auxiliary water flow,the time history curve of the average velocity of rock slag particles can be divided into two stages:rapid increase and slow decrease.When the dip angle is same,the average velocity peak and displacement of the rock slag particles are proportional to the water flow velocity;the auxiliary water flow of 2 m/s can achieve the slag discharge target of the project.The relevant research results can provide technical guidance and theoretical support for the slag removal design and construction of similar projects.
