摘 要:为制备扩展度大于700 mm、免蒸养型UHPC130超高性能混凝土,分别研究各配比原材料对UHPC制备及性能的影响。研究水泥、硅灰、偏高岭土、矿渣粉、矿物降粘剂多种胶凝材料组合的影响,其中水泥+硅灰+矿物降粘剂组合可以实现28 d强度高于130 MPa,和易性效果最好。研究连续级配及非连续级配石英砂对配比影响,确定使用连续级配石英砂制备UHPC效果最好。分别探究河砂取代石英砂、5~10 mm碎石取代部分石英砂对配比的影响;结果表明,两者的取代对UHPC有限制作用,使用河砂可制备UC100级别混凝土,使用碎石可制备流动度小、扩展度要求低的UC130混凝土。对比三种厂家减水剂,从配比效果及经济角度选定最适宜的材料厂家;最终确定UHPC配比组合为:水泥1∶硅灰0.125∶矿物降粘剂0.25∶粗石英0.45∶中石英0.60∶细石英0.31∶水0.23∶减水剂0.026∶钢纤维0.195。In order to prepare the expansion>700 mm,non-steaming UHPC130 ultra-high performance concrete,effects of different raw materials on the preparation and properties of UHPC were studied.The influence of the combination of cement,wollastonite,metakaolin,slag powder and mineral viscosifier was analyzed.The combination of cement+wollastonite+mineral viscosifier can achieve a 28-day strength exceeding 130 MPa,and the workability effect is the best.The effect of continuous and non-continuous graded quartz sand on the ratio was studied,and the best preparation effect of UHPC was determined by using continuous graded quartz sand.The effects of replacing quartz sand with river sand and replacing part of quartz sand with 5-10 mm gravel on the ratio were respectively explored.The results show that the substitution of the two has a limiting effect on UHPC.The UC100 grade concrete can be prepared by using river sand,and the UC130 concrete with low fluidity and low expansion requirement can be prepared by using gravel.Comparing three kinds of water reducing agents,the most suitable material manufacturers were selected from the angle of ratio effect and economic saving.Finally,the UHPC ratio combination is determined to be:cement 1∶silica ash 0.125∶mineral viscosifier 0.25∶coarse quartz 0.45∶medium quartz 0.60∶fine quartz 0.31∶water 0.23∶water reducing agent 0.026∶steel fiber 0.195.
