摘  要:近年来,我国大力推广绿色发展理念,装配式、低碳化等绿色发展理念在城市轨道交通建设中的运用越来越多。以深圳市城市轨道交通16号线二期预制板含交叉渡线施工为背景,结合正线非岔区预制板整体道床施工经验,针对城市轨道交通装配式岔区道床板与道岔钢轨试组装、道岔预制板揭板试验、道岔道床板施工、道岔轨道铺设等重要工序进行分析总结,以解决目前岔区预制板暂未形成统一的施工工装(如运板设备、狭窄地段转向设备、自密实混凝土灌注设备)及成熟的施工工艺等问题。In recent years,China has vigorously promoted the concept of green development,the application of green development concepts such as prefabricated and low-carbon in urban rail transit construction is increasing.Against the backdrop of constructing prefabricated slabs with crossover tracks for the second phase of Shenzhen Urban Rail Transit Line 16,and drawing on the experience gained from the overall track bed construction using prefabricated slabs in non-switch areas of the main line,this article analyzes and summarizes important processes such as the trial assembly of prefabricated switch bed plates and switch rails in urban rail transit,the test of uncovering switch prefabricated plates,the construction of switch bed plates,and the laying of switch tracks.It solves the problems that there is currently no unified construction equipment for the precast slab in the turnout area(such as slab transportation equipment,steering equipment in narrow areas,self-compacting concrete pouring equipment)and mature construction technology.
