摘 要:地铁基坑爆破施工必然会对锚索锚固力产生影响,进而影响基坑的施工安全。以淮塔东路车站基坑工程为研究背景,基于岩石爆破破坏分区理论及数值模拟方法,分析爆破过程中锚索锚固力变化特征,揭示不同爆破药量与锚索位置对锚索锚固力的影响规律。结果表明,起爆点与锚索锚头距离小于3 m时,锚索锚固力会在爆破荷载作用下衰减;当距离大于3 m且药量控制在8 kg内时锚固力损失量较低。基于研究结果提出浅孔台阶松动爆破与静力破碎相结合的基坑开挖施工方案,以减小基坑爆破施工对锚索锚固力损失的影响,确保基坑桩锚围护结构的安全性。Blasting excavation in subway foundation pits inevitably affects the anchorage force of anchor cables,thereby impacting the construction safety.This study,based on the excavation project of Huaitadong Road Station,uses rock blasting damage zone theory and numerical simulation to analyze the characteristics of changes in anchor cable anchoring force during blasting process and reveal the influence of different blasting charges and anchor cable positions on the anchoring force of anchor cables.Results show that when the distance between the detonation point and the anchor head is less than 3 m,the anchorage force of the anchor cable diminishes under blasting loads.However,at distances greater than 3 meters and explosive charges below 8 kilograms,the force loss remains minimal.Based on research findings,a combined excavation scheme of shallow-hole bench blasting and static crushing was proposed to reduce the impact of excavation blasting construction on the loss of anchoring force of anchor cables and ensure the safety of the pile-anchor retaining structures.
