摘 要:针对高海拔TBM隧道通风难度大,施工危险性高等特点,采用巷道式通风方案,以数值模拟的方法,探究巷道式通风方案在高海拔TBM隧道的通风效果。结果表明:巷道式通风方案可以满足高海拔TBM隧道基本通风需求,可有效实现除尘目标;基于Fluent数值模拟计算,揭示粉尘在高海拔TBM隧道内的运动过程,且在设置横通道距离为60 m、与隧道轴线夹角为60°时除尘效果最优;基于数值模拟结果和理论计算,提出采用TV-10#15 kW的风机进行隧道通风,且每掘进1.5 km后对风机布置位置进行前移的通风方案其经济性和安全性最好。Aiming at the characteristics of high-altitude TBM tunnels,such as high ventilation difficulty and high construction danger,we adopt the tunnel-type ventilation scheme,and explore the ventilation effect of the tunnel-type ventilation scheme in high-altitude TBM tunnels by numerical simulation method.The results show that:the tunnel-type ventilation scheme can meet the basic ventilation requirements of high-altitude TBM tunnels,and effectively accomplish the goal of dust removal;based on Fluent numerical simulation,it reveals the movement process of dust in high-altitude TBM tunnels,and the dust removal effect is optimal when the distance of the set cross-channel is 60 m,and the angle with tunnel axis is 60°.Based on the numerical simulation results and theoretical calculation,it is found that the ventilation scheme of choosing TV-10#15 kW fan for tunnel ventilation and moving the fan arrangement forward after every 1.5 km of excavation is the best in terms of economy and safety.
