摘 要:网架结构是铁路站房屋盖常用的结构形式,其下部支承大多采用钢筋混凝土结构。为简化设计,通常将屋面网架与下部支承结构分开设计,两者之间的连接采用简化支座进行模拟。研究表明对支承条件简单、跨度较小的规则平板网架分开设计偏差较小,但对于支承条件复杂、跨度较大的复杂网架分开设计研究较少。为研究复杂网架与下部支承结构整体设计和分开设计的差异,以广西某高铁站房为例,研究曲面网架与下部支承结构弹性连接刚度选择原则及合理范围,同时对网架单独模型与整体模型计算结果进行对比。结果表明,本工程整体设计时曲面网架与下部支承结构弹性连接刚度在2~6 kN/mm范围,结构主要力学指标相对较合理;曲面网架单独设计与整体设计偏差超出可接受范围,应采用整体模型计算才能全面反映结构的受力特性。Grid structure is a commonly used structural form for railway station building covers,and its lower support mostly adopts reinforced concrete structure.To simplify the design,the roof truss and lower support structure are usually designed separately,and the connection between the two is simulated using simplified supports.Research has shown that there is less deviation in the separate design of regular flat grid structures with simple support conditions and small spans,but there is less research on the separate design of complex grid structures with complex support conditions and large spans.To investigate the differences between the overall design and separate design of complex grid structures and lower support structures,a high-speed railway station building in Guangxi was taken as an example to study the selection principles and reasonable range of elastic connection stiffness between curved grid structures and lower support structures.At the same time,the calculation results of individual and overall models of the grid structures were compared.The calculation results show that the elastic connection stiffness between the curved grid and the lower supporting structure in the overall design of this project is within the range of 2-6 kN/mm,and the main mechanical indicators of the structure are relatively reasonable;the deviation between the individual design and the overall design of the curved grid exceeds the acceptable range,and the overall model calculation should be used to fully reflect the stress characteristics of the structure.
