摘 要:重现厦门地铁海沧商务中心站方案构思过程,深入研究下沉广场在空间创造、人流集散、步行交通体系、绿化景观方面的设置方式和作用,将一座地下车站打造成一处空间层次丰富、景观艺术气息浓郁的城市客厅,实现了在TOD模式下,地铁车站、商业和城市开放空间融合于一体的设计目标。研究结论:(1)符合城市规划的同时,利用站位规划特点构思方案,是制定优秀方案的前提。(2)TOD模式下,做好空间、交通和景观艺术的一体化设计,是实现地铁车站、商业和城市公共空间整体融合的关键。(3)地铁、商业和城市公共空间一体化的TOD开发模式,能够提升车站周边土地价值,为站点周边注入人气和活力,带动城市更新,营造多维度的城市空间。The conceptual process of the Haicang Business Center Station of Xiamen Metro was reproduced,and the design and role of the sunken square in space creation,pedestrian flow distribution,pedestrian transportation system,and green landscape art were deeply studied.An underground station was transformed into a city living room with rich spatial hierarchy and strong landscape art atmosphere.The design goal of integrating subway stations,commercial areas,and urban open spaces in TOD mode has been achieved.Research conclusions:(1)While complying with urban planning,utilizing the planning characteristics of the station location to conceive a plan is a prerequisite for making an excellent plan.(2)Under the TOD mode,the integrated design of space,transportation,and landscape art is the key for achieving the overall integration of subway stations,commercial areas,and urban public spaces.(3)The TOD development model that integrates subway,commercial,and urban public spaces can enhance the land value around stations,inject popularity and vitality into the surrounding areas,drive urban renewal,and create multi-dimensional urban spaces.
