摘  要:沪渝蓉高速铁路宝山隧道是全线控制性工程,以盾构法穿越杨盛河河道,属于全线超浅埋隧道施工。杨盛河处于海陆交互软土地层,地质条件差,土体强度指标低,加固处理难度大。为确保宝山盾构隧道下穿杨盛河施工安全及运营期安全,进行盾构掘进前预加固方案研究。通过对多种方案进行对比分析,针对性提出钻孔灌注桩、旋喷桩、SWM工法桩以及MJS桩综合加固方案,并采用项目研发的一种以多源大宗工业废弃物为主要组分的新型胶凝材料,可替代传统水泥基同步注浆材料和多场景异位回填材料,实现建筑固废作为骨料的资源化利用,助力实现建筑行业“双碳”目标。The Baoshan Tunnel of Shanghai-Chongqing-Rongcheng High-speed Railway is a controlled project of the whole line.It crosses the Yangsheng River channel using the shield tunneling method and belongs to the construction of ultra-shallow buried tunnel of the whole line.Yangsheng River is located in the sea-land interaction soft soil layer.The geological condition is poor,the soil strength index is low,resulting in the significant challenges in reinforcement treatment.In order to ensure the construction safety and operation safety of Baoshan shield tunnel passing through Yangsheng River,the pre-reinforcement scheme of Yangsheng River before shield tunneling was studied.Through the comparative study of various reinforcement methods,the comprehensive reinforcement schemes such as bored cast-in-place pile,jet grouting pile,SWM pile and MJS pile were proposed accordingly.Meanwhile,a new type of cementitious material developed by the project,mainly composed of multi-source bulk industrial waste,had been adopted.It can replace traditional cement-based synchronous grouting materials and multi scenario ectopic backfill materials,achieve the resource utilization of construction solid waste as aggregate,and help achieve the“dual carbon”goal of the construction industry.
