摘  要:DCG化学注浆具有高强度、高耐久性及优良的抗老化性能,能够适应恶劣环境条件。围绕断层富水隧道中DCG化学材料注浆加固技术进行深入研究,旨在解决断层带地下水丰富、地质条件复杂导致的隧道稳定性问题。首先分析现有注浆技术的局限性,并详细介绍DCG化学材料组成、性质及制备方法;随后,以福建莆炎高速公路三明段文笔山1号隧道为背景,对DCG注浆工艺流程及加固效果进行阐述与评价,构建了一套完整的注浆加固技术体系,以期为断层富水隧道的安全稳定运营提供技术支持。DCG chemical grouting has high strength,high durability and excellent anti-aging performance,which can adapt to harsh environmental conditions.This article focuses on the in-depth study of DCG chemical material grouting reinforcement technology in fault water-rich tunnels,aiming to solve the problem of tunnel stability caused by abundant groundwater and complex geological conditions in fault zones.Firstly,this article analyzes the limitations of the existing grouting technology,and provide a detailed introduction to the composition,properties,and preparation methods of DCG chemical materials.Subsequently,taking Wenbishan No.1 Tunnel in Sanming section of Fujian-Puyan Expressway as an example,the DCG grouting process and reinforcement effect are interpreted in detail,and a complete set of grouting reinforcement technology system is constructed,with a purpose of providing important technical support for the safe and stable operation of fault water-rich tunnel.
