摘  要:整体式箱涵工厂内预制是高铁盾构隧道施工中的关键环节,在数字化转型背景推动下,传统的固定台座式生产方式已无法满足自动化、少人化的发展趋势,采用流水机组法生产可以更好地实现工序标准化、降低操作复杂性,同时为后续智能设备应用与信息系统工序管控提供基础的技术支撑。基于该生产模式,从模具设计制造、生产线布局、关键工序、关键设备与系统开展研究与设计,形成了完整的流水机组法生产技术内容,并在实际生产中进行验证。结果表明,采用流水机组法生产可以有效减少一线用工数量20%,提高过程质量控制标准,同时可以提高生产效率54%。Prefabrication of integral box culverts in the factory is a key link in the construction of high-speed railway shield tunnels.Driven by the background of digital transformation,the traditional fixed pedestal production method can no longer meet the development trend of automation and less manpower.Adopting the flow unit production method can better achieve process standardization,reduce operational complexity,and provide basic technical support for the subsequent application of intelligent equipment and information system process control.Based on this production mode,research and design have been carried out on mold design and manufacturing,production line layout,key processes,key equipment and systems,forming a complete production technology content of the assembly line unit method,which has been verified in actual production.The results show that using the flow unit method for production can effectively reduce the number of frontline workers by 20%,improve process quality control standards,and increase production efficiency by 54%.
