摘 要:山腰邻崖高陡薄边坡无机械作业工作面,传统露天爆破无法开展,导致施工难度大、效率低。为解决山腰邻崖高陡薄边坡施工难题,以无人区新建若羌资源路为依托,详细阐述偏远地区山腰邻崖高陡薄边坡快速爆破施工技术。本研究创新采用大进尺、主体水平斜向上钻孔、边坡扇形布孔以及单孔多雷管起爆光面爆破技术,将每日每台阶水平循环进尺由10 m以内提高至30 m,循环进尺效率提高200%以上;第一层台阶高度由5~6 m增加到20~30 m,提高了240%左右,显著加快了施工进度。There is no mechanical working face on the high,steep and thin slopes near cliff side on the mountainside,and traditional open-pit blasting cannot be carried out,resulting in high construction difficulty,low efficiency.To solve the construction problem of high,steep and thin slopes near cliff side on the mountainside,this paper elaborates on the rapid blasting construction technology of high,steep and thin slopes adjacent to mountain cliffs in remote areas,based on the newly-built Ruoqiang Resource Road in uninhabited areas.This study innovatively adopts the techniques of large footage,inclined upward drilling of the main body,fan-shaped hole layout on the slope,and single hole multi detonator blasting with smooth surface.The daily horizontal cyclic footage of each step is increased from less than 10 m to 30 m,and the cyclic footage efficiency is improved by more than 200%.The height of the first step has increased from 5-6 m to 20-30 m,marking an approximate increase of 240%,which has significantly accelerated the construction progress.
