摘  要:与传统现浇道面板相比,装配式道面板具有快速开放交通、减少环境影响、提高质量控制、精确高程控制、良好的安全性和优异的耐久性等优势。为测试不同工况下预制装配式道面板受力特性,并为其设计提供指导,利用ABAQUS有限元软件研究在不同加载位置下装配式道面板各部位应力和变形规律。结果表明,静荷载施加位置对装配式道面板的受力和变形有显著影响,当静荷载作用于道面板边缘时,结构稳定性最差,侧边易出现较高的应力集中现象,并且变形达到最大值。因此,建议对道面板边缘进行局部强化处理。此外,对0.22、0.24和0.26 m厚度的道面板在中心位置受静荷载时的应力和变形情况进行对比分析,结果显示0.24 m厚的面板具有更小的弯拉应力和竖向位移。本研究成果可为机场装配式道面板设计提供一定的理论依据。Compared to traditional cast-in-place pavement panels,precast pavement panels offer several advantages,including rapid traffic reopening,reduced environmental impact,enhanced quality control,precise elevation management,good safety performance,and excellent durability.To evaluate the load characteristics of precast pavement panels under various working conditions and to provide guidance for their design,this study employed ABAQUS finite element software to investigate the stress and deformation patterns of the panels under different loading positions.The results reveal that the position of static loads significantly influences the stress and deformation of the precast pavement panels.When static loads are applied at the edges of the panels,the structural stability is compromised,leading to high stress concentrations along the edges and maximum deformation.Therefore,it is recommended to implement local reinforcement at the edges of the pavement panels.Furthermore,a comparison of stress and deformation under static loads applied at the center of panels with thicknesses of 0.22 m,0.24 m,and 0.26 m indicates that the 0.24 m thick panel exhibits lower bending and tensile stresses,along with the highest vertical displacement.The findings of this research provide certain theoretical insights for the design of precast pavement panels in airports.
