摘 要:下穿铁路轨道衡施工通常是在不中断行车的情况下进行线路加固,此时行车限速15 km/h,施工周期长,限速值低,严重影响铁路正常运输。为加快施工进度,缩短施工周期,提高限速值或不限速施工,大幅减少对铁路的运输影响,对以往工程线路加固技术进行回顾总结,并提出一种新型加固体系形式,按照规范对加固体系各构件进行结构检算,最后通过工程实践进行检验。实践证明,新型加固体系可提高列车限速值,增加货运周转量,结构措施经济合理、施工安全可靠,可为相似工程提供参考。The construction of underpass track scales usually involves reinforcing the tracks without interrupting train operations,at this time,the driving speed limit is 15 km/h,the construction cycle is long,the speed limit value is low,seriously affecting the normal railway transport.In order to speed up the construction progress,shorten the construction period,improve the speed limit value or not limit the speed of construction,and greatly reduce the impact on the railway transport,this article reviews and summarizes previous engineering line reinforcement techniques,and proposes a new form of reinforcement system.The structural calculation of each component of the reinforcement system is carried out according to the specifications,and finally verified through engineering practice.Practice has proven that the new reinforcement system can increase train speed limits,increase freight turnover,offer economically reasonable structural measures,ensure safe and reliable construction,and provide reference for similar projects.
