摘 要:随着北斗卫星导航系统的快速发展,其在高精度时空数据服务中的价值凸显。水利信息化近年虽取得进展,但在数据实时性、精度及预警效率方面仍需进一步提升,亟需技术创新。该文探讨北斗时空数据服务与水利信息化的深度融合,应用于水资源管理、调配及防洪等领域,构建涵盖数据感知、通信、支撑与应用的技术框架。通过实践评估,该融合显著提升水利信息化水平,增强预警效率。展望未来,加强北斗与水利的技术创新与融合应用,将极大促进水利行业技术革新,保障国家水安全,具有重要战略意义。With the rapid development of Beidou satellite navigation system,its value in high-precision spatio-temporal data services has become prominent.Although water conservancy informatization has made progress in recent years,it still needs to be further improved in terms of data real-time,accuracy and early warning efficiency,and technological innovation is urgently needed.This paper discusses the deep integration of Beidou spatio-temporal data services and water conservancy informatization,which is applied to the fields of water resources management,allocation and flood control,and builds a technical framework covering data perception,communication,support and application.Through practical evaluation,this integration has significantly improved the level of water conservancy informatization and enhanced early warning efficiency.Looking to the future,we should strengthen the technological innovation and integrated application of Beidou and water conservancy,so as to greatly promote technological innovation in the water conservancy industry and ensure national water security,which is of great strategic significance.
