基于北斗技术的铁路货车列检人员定位研究与应用

摘　　要：针对目前铁路货运列车开行密度大,列检作业场现场检车员劳动强度高,作业过程缺乏安全预警,作业规范性缺少有效监控手段,工作人员作业数据无法得到有效记录等信息化手段的现状,以列检检车员实时作业位置、作业停留时间等数据为基础,利用北斗定位、物联网、大数据挖掘等技术,研发铁路货车列检作业人员北斗精准定位系统,实现对于列检工作人员作业位置实时监控、作业路径跟踪回溯、重点车辆作业停留时间分析等预警及卡控功能。该文对系统的网络架构、应用技术、主要设计功能进行阐述分析。经实践证明,该系统实现了列检检车员作业位置定位及作业过程规范、作业安全预警等预期功能,为提升铁路货车列检作业场现场检车员人身安全,规范作业行为、提高列检信息化管理手段提供支撑。In view of the current situation of high operating density of railway freight trains,high labor intensity of on-site vehicle inspectors in train inspection operation sites,lack of safety warning during the operation process,lack of effective monitoring methods for operation standardization,and inability of staff operation data to be effectively recorded,based on data such as real-time operating location and operation stay time of train inspection personnel,and using technologies such as Beidou positioning,Internet of Things,and big data mining,The Beidou Precision Positioning System for Railway Freight Car Train Inspection Operators has been developed,which realizes early warning and jam control functions such as real-time monitoring of the working position of train inspection workers,tracking and tracing of work paths,and analysis of the dwell time of key vehicles.The paper expounds and analyzes the network architecture,application technology,and main design functions of the system.Practice has proved that the system realizes expected functions such as positioning the operating position of train inspection and inspection personnel,specification of operation process,and operation safety warning.It provides support for improving the personal safety of on-site vehicle inspection personnel in the railway freight train inspection operation yard,standardizing operation behaviors,and improving train inspection Information management means provide support.
