摘 要:为探讨粉煤灰和生石灰固化再生水厂污泥作为路基材料的可行性,通过室内小试和现场中试研究了再生水厂污泥填筑路基的路用性能。由于再生水厂污泥本身含水率、有机质含量、液限过高,影响路用性能,不能直接作为路基材料,采用粉煤灰和生石灰对其进行改性处理。试验结果表明,固化后的污泥物化性能、土力学性质均符合JTG D30—2015《公路路基设计规范》对二级公路路床和路堤技术要求。环境安全性能满足HJ1091—2020《固体废物再生利用污染防治技术导则》对于固体废物建材利用的技术要求。In order to explore the feasibility of using fly ash and quicklime as roadbed materials,a series of laboratory and field experiments were conducted to study the road performance of recycled water plant sludge as roadbed.Due to the high moisture content,organic matter content,liquid limit and poor road performance of the reclaimed water plant sludge,it can not be directly used as roadbed material.Fly ash and quicklime were used to modify the road performance of the sludge,the test results showed that the physicochemical properties and soil mechanical properties of the solidified sludge were in line with the"Specifications for Design of Highway Subgrades"(JTG D30-2015).The environmental safety performance meets the technical requirements for the utilization of solid waste building materials in the"Technical Guidelines for Pollution Prevention and Control of Solid Waste Recycling"(HJ1091-2020).
