烟叶样品颜色值与常规化学成分之间的相关性分析

摘  要:为探究烟叶样品颜色值与常规化学成分之间的关系,测试西南17个烟叶主产区烟叶样品(X2F、C3F、B2F)的烟叶颜色值(L、a、b)和常规化学成分(烟碱、总糖、还原糖、总氮、钾离子和氯离子),并进行相关性和回归分析。结果表明,烟叶颜色值(L、a、b)与常规化学成分中的烟碱、总糖、还原糖和总氮在0.01水平显著相关;除总氮与颜色值b相关性较强外,烟碱、总糖、还原糖均与颜色值a相关性较强,颜色值对常规化学成分的影响排序为颜色值a大于颜色值b大于颜色值L;采用逐步回归分析方法判定颜色值b与总氮,颜色值a与烟碱、总糖、还原糖存在线性相关关系。In order to explore the relationship between the color value of tobacco samples and the conventional chemical composition,the color value(L,a,b)and the conventional chemical composition(nicotine,total sugar,reducing sugar,total nitrogen,potassium ion,chloride ion)of tobacco samples(X2F,C3F,B2F)from 17 major tobacco production areas in Southwest China were tested,and correlation and regression analysis were carried out.The results showed that,the color value(L,a,b)of tobacco leaves was significantly correlated with nicotine,total sugar,reducing sugar,and total nitrogen in conventional chemical compositions at the 0.01 level.Except for total nitrogen,which is strongly correlated with color value b,nicotine,total sugar,and reducing sugar are all strongly correlated with color value a.The order of influence of color value on conventional chemical components is color value a>color value b>color value L.Stepwise regression analysis was used to determine that there was a linear correlation between color value b and total nitrogen,color value a and nicotine,total sugar,and reducing sugar.
