摘  要:针对当前新能源发电场站人工巡检成本高、效率低且难度大等问题,设计研发一套适用于新能源场站的智能巡检系统。该系统充分了解并响应用户巡检需求,统筹部署无人机、机器人、摄像机和声震一体机等感知设备,构建集控侧、场站侧2层部署模式,融合深度学习、视觉人工智能算法识别等技术,采用智能感知、多网传输、平台处理及应用展示4层系统架构,有效提升新能源场站巡检的智能化水平,助力其实现“无人值守、少人维护”数字电厂智能运维新模式。In response to the high costs,low efficiency,and difficulty associated with manual inspections of current new energy power stations,a Intelligent Inspection system has been designed and developed specifically for new energy stations.This system thoroughly understands and responds to user inspection needs,centrally coordinating the deployment of perception devices such as drones,robots,cameras,and acoustic vibration integrated machines,and constructs a two-layer deployment model of centralized control and field station sides.It integrates deep learning,visual artificial intelligence algorithms,and other technologies,using a four-layer system architecture of intelligent perception,multi-network transmission,platform processing,and application display,effectively enhancing the level of intelligent inspection of new energy field stations,and helping to achieve a new model of digital power plant intelligent operation and maintenance with"unmanned attendance and minimal maintenance".
