摘 要:机电设备安装质量对智能建筑施工的顺利完成必不可少,机电设备安装品质将决定智能建筑的性能。所以,必须强化智能建筑施工中机电设备安装质量的监控手段,提高设备的维护和管理水平,提供舒适的居住和工作环境,提高人们的生活质量。该文分析智能建筑机电安装工程施工方法,包括预留预埋、配电设备安装、自动化设备安装、调试检查,并阐述智能建筑机电安装工程施工质量控制措施。旨在提高设备的运行效率,降低能源消耗,实现设备的远程监控和自动化控制。The installation quality of electromechanical equipment is indispensable for the smooth completion of smart building construction,and the installation quality of electromechanical equipment will determine the performance of smart buildings.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring methods of the installation quality of electromechanical equipment in smart building construction,improve the maintenance and management level of equipment,provide a comfortable living and working environment,and improve people's quality of life.This paper analyzes the construction methods of intelligent building electromechanical installation engineering,including reservation and embedding,installation of power distribution equipment,installation of automation equipment,and debugging and inspection.It also expounds the construction quality control measures for intelligent building electromechanical installation engineering,aiming to improve the operating efficiency of equipment,reduce energy consumption and realize remote monitoring and automated control of equipment.
