摘 要:随着我国城市化进程的加速,自来水厂作为城市供水的重要基础设施,其稳定运行和水质安全至关重要。平流沉淀池作为自来水厂的核心处理单元,其排泥效率直接影响水质和运行成本。传统的排泥桁车在长期运行中易出现桁架腐蚀、整体变形、减速机故障、轨道不平及吸泥口积泥等问题,严重制约沉淀池的运行效率和水质安全。该文针对上述问题,提出一种基于虹吸式排泥桁车的改造方案,并结合深圳市某水厂的实际案例,详细阐述改造方案的实施过程、创新技术应用及取得的成效。改造后的排泥桁车运行稳定,排泥顺畅,有效提高沉淀池的运行效率和水质安全,为同行业提供宝贵的经验参考。With the acceleration of urbanization in China,waterworks are important infrastructure for urban water supply,and their stable operation and water quality safety are crucial.As the core treatment unit of the waterworks,the horizontal sedimentation tank has a direct impact on the water quality and operating costs.Traditional mud-discharging truss trucks are prone to problems such as truss corrosion,overall deformation,reducer failure,uneven track and mud accumulation at the mud suction port during long-term operation,which seriously restricts the operating efficiency and water quality safety of the sedimentation tank.In response to the above problems,this paper proposes a renovation plan based on a siphon type mud discharge truss truck.Based on the actual case of a water plant in Shenzhen,the implementation process,innovative technology application and results of the renovation plan are described in detail.The transformed mud discharge truss truck operates stably and discharges mud smoothly,effectively improving the operating efficiency and water quality safety of the sedimentation tank,and providing valuable experience reference for the same industry.
