摘 要:湛江湾海底隧道工程项目盾构出口段主要为软土地层,地层最浅处覆土深度仅4.6m,针对超浅覆土地层带来的施工风险,提出对超浅覆土进行预加固措施,接收段加固区采用深孔注浆、桩基盖板及三轴搅拌桩满堂加固措施,盾构接收井端头采用三轴搅拌桩+水泥砂浆地连墙+高压旋喷的综合加固措施提高土体强度,严格控制盾构参数,保证盾构在接收过程中的施工安全,工程实践效果表明,盾构接收后姿态控制良好,地表沉降在控制值范围内,该文地层预加固措施可为类似超浅覆土地层条件下的盾构接收施工提供参考。The exit section of the shield shield of the Zhanjiang Bay Subsea Tunnel Project is mainly in soft soil formation,and the soil depth at the shallowest part of the formation is only 4.6 m.In view of the construction risks brought by the ultra-shallow soil formation,pre-reinforcement measures for the ultra-shallow soil formation are proposed.The reinforcement area of the receiving section adopts deep-hole grouting,pile foundation cover plate and triaxial mixing piles full reinforcement measures.The end of the shield receiving shaft adopts comprehensive reinforcement measures of triaxial mixing piles+cement mortar ground connecting walls+high-pressure rotary grouting to improve the soil strength and strictly control the shield parameters.To ensure the construction safety of the shield during receiving,the engineering practice results show that the attitude of the shield is well controlled after receiving,and the surface settlement is within the control value range.The pre-reinforcement measures in this paper can be used for receiving the shield under similar ultra-shallow soil-covered stratum conditions.Provide reference for construction.
