摘  要:为对窄翼缘钢槽组合梁桥混凝土桥面板免支架浇筑施工方法进行研究,以合周高速公路润河大桥为依托,采用理论研究与数值分析相结合的方法对免支架施工方法进行研究。研究结果表明,利用预制混凝土薄底板和装配式三角托架为桥面板浇筑提供支撑,能够适应规模较小组合梁桥面板施工的需求。设计由型钢组成的装配式三角托架结构,顶部通过螺栓进行连接,底部通过可调节托架支撑在钢梁腹板上,安拆便利。设计的三角托架和连接接头均处于良好的受力状态,满足施工过程的受力要求。主要研究成果可为类似工程提供参考。In order to study the bracket-free pouring construction method of concrete deck slab of narrow flange steel channel composite beam bridge,based on the Runhe Bridge on Hezhou Expressway,the bracket-free construction method was studied by combining theoretical research and numerical analysis.The research results show that the use of prefabricated concrete thin floors and prefabricated triangular brackets to provide support for bridge deck pouring can meet the needs of small-scale composite beam bridge deck construction.A fabricated triangular bracket structure composed of steel bars is designed.The top is connected by bolts and the bottom is supported on the web of the steel beam by adjustable brackets,making it easy to install and disassemble.The designed triangular brackets and connecting joints are in good stress state,meeting the stress requirements of the construction process.The main research results can provide reference for similar projects.
