摘 要:该文采用实验法、案例综合分析法,拟以贵州高速公路建设项目荔波至河池高速公路某施工段公路炭质泥岩路堤为试验段,通过论述公路炭质泥岩工程的力学特性,分析公路炭质泥岩路堤施工技术,并对公路炭质泥岩路堤施工验收结果进行总结。结果表明,炭质泥岩样本的承载比、塑性指数、液限、耐崩解性指数和单轴抗压强度等力学性能参数均符合路堤填筑要求。在公路炭质泥岩路堤施工过程中,综合应用底部石渣换填、包边处理、分层摊铺填平、多遍碾压等技术,最终炭质泥岩路堤压实度、孔隙率、沉降差均达标。This paper uses the experimental method and comprehensive case analysis method to use the carbon mudstone embankment of a construction section of the Libo-Hechi Expressway construction project as the test section.By discussing the mechanical characteristics of the carbon mudstone project,the construction technology of the carbon mudstone embankment of the highway is analyzed,and the construction acceptance results of the carbon mudstone embankment of the highway are summarized.The results show that the mechanical performance parameters such as bearing ratio,plasticity index,liquid limit,disintegration resistance index,and uniaxial compressive strength of the carbonaceous mudstone samples meet the requirements for embankment filling.During the construction process of highway carbonaceous mudstone embankment,technologies such as bottom ballast replacement and filling,edging treatment,layered paving and filling,and multiple rolling are comprehensively applied.Finally,the compaction,porosity,and settlement difference of the carbonaceous mudstone embankment are all up to standard.
