摘　　要：乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)是由乙烯与醋酸乙烯酯共聚后水解制得的高分子材料,兼具聚乙烯良好的加工性能和聚乙烯醇高阻隔性能。本文描述了EVOH的分子结构与性能之间的关系,详细介绍了EVOH加工性能、阻隔性能等与其组分含量、温度及湿度的关系。综述了EVOH在包装材料及汽车油箱等方面的应用,进一步介绍了其在医用材料领域最新的应用研究成果。文中介绍了EVOH的传统制备工艺,同时给出了合成EVOH的新思路。Ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer(EVOH)is prepared by copolymerization of ethylene and vinyl acetate followed by saponification,combining the excellent processability of polyethylene and the excellent barrier properties of polyvinyl alco hol.This work systematically elucidates the relationship between the molecular structure and properties of EVOH,detailing the correlations between its processing properties,barrier performance,and other characteristics with monomer composition,temperature,and humidity.The applications of EVOH are reviewed in packaging,automotive fuel tanks,and other fields,along with the latest research achievements in the medical materials field.Additionally,this work summarizes the traditional preparation processes of EVOH and presents novel strategies for synthesizing EVOH through new synthetic methods.
