摘  要:利用双螺杆挤出机制备了耐低温耐应力发白改性聚丙烯(PP)材料,并对材料力学性能及热性能进行表征,探讨聚乙烯和弹性体增韧剂对改性聚丙烯体系的影响机理,并结合市场需求优化开发耐低温耐应力发白改性聚丙烯产品。结果表明,聚乙烯的加入可缓解改性聚丙烯材料因应力导致的发白现象;聚乙烯和弹性体增韧剂的加入对改性聚丙烯材料的耐低温性能有明显的改善作用;通过调整配方开发出的耐低温耐应力发白改性聚丙烯材料可满足市场使用需求。The low temperature and stress whitening modified polypropylene(PP)was prepared by twin-screw extrusion mechanism,and the mechanical and thermal properties of the material were characterized.The influence mechanism of polyethylene and elastomer toughener on the modified PP system was discussed,and the low temperature and stress whitening modified PP products were optimized according to the market demand.The results show that the addition of polyethylene can alleviate the stress-induced whitening of modified polypropylene.The addition of polyethylene and elastomer toughener can obviously improve the low temperature resistance of the modified polypropylene material.The modified polypropylene material with low temperature and stress whitening resistance developed by adjusting the formula can meet the market demand.
