专用减压沸腾清洗架对火罐清洗消毒的效果分析

摘　　要：通过分组对比分析研究,减压沸腾式清洗机对火罐清洗效果,目测合格率和残留蛋白定量检测合格率均为100%,优于全自动喷淋式清洗机的清洗效果的96.28%和84.51%。自制专用火罐清洗架能有效降低减压沸腾式清洗机清洗火罐的破损率,降低17.48%;并优于全自动喷淋式清洗机清洗火罐的破损率2.61%。由此得出结论:火罐采用自制专用火罐清洗架减压沸腾式清洗机清洗,可以获得良好的实用效果。Through comparative analysis and grouping,it was found that the vacuum boiling cleaning machine has a 100%visual inspection pass rate and residual protein quantitative detection pass rate for the cleaning effect of fire cans,which is superior to the 96.28%and 84.51%cleaning effects of the fully automatic spray cleaning machine.The self-made specialized can cleaning rack can effectively reduce the damage rate of the pressure reducing boiling cleaning machine when cleaning cans,reducing it by 17.48%;And it has a better damage rate of 2.61%than the fully automatic spray cleaning machine for cleaning fire cans.From this,it can be concluded that using a self-made specialized fire can cleaning rack and a pressure reducing boiling cleaning machine for cleaning can achieve good practical results.
