摘  要:飞行试验是在真实飞行条件下进行的科学研究和产品试验,是航空航天科技发展的重要手段,是航空产品研制和鉴定的必要环节,是为用户摸索和积累经验的有效途径。机载测试是飞行试验测试工作的重要组成部分,它是直接在试飞对象上实施并完成测试任务,改装质量是完成验证试飞任务的可靠保证,直接影响试飞数据的精度和飞行安全。本文主要完成两方面内容:(1)对机载测试系统的安装方法进行归纳与总结,包括机载测试设备介绍、设备安装要求以及一般安装方式,为机载测试设备在飞机上的安装提供了一定的参考;(2)对影响设备安装的各种因素进行分析与总结,包括安装位置、安装要求或使用要求、安装空间三个方面,分析了其对设备安装形式的影响。Flight testing is a scientific research and product testing conducted under real flight conditions.It is an important means of aerospace technology development,a necessary link in the development and identification of aviation products,and an effective way for users to explore and accumulate experience.Onboard testing is an important component of flight testing work,which is directly implemented and completed on the test object.The quality of modification is a reliable guarantee for completing the verification test flight task,directly affecting the accuracy of test flight data and flight safety.This article mainly completes two aspects:①Summarize and generalize the installation methods of airborne testing systems,including the introduction of airborne testing equipment,equipment installation requirements,and general installation methods,providing a certain reference for the installation of airborne testing equipment on aircraft;②Analyze and summarize various factors that affect equipment installation,including installation location,installation requirements or usage requirements,and installation space,and analyze their impact on equipment installation form.
