摘　　要：军工科研院所构建了科研档案数字化单套管理体系,旨在响应国家对电子档案管理的最新要求并解决现有档案管理中的问题。该体系通过多项管理措施,如系统规划、持续迭代、集众智推众创升级信息系统等,实现了档案专业发展统筹规划、电子档案万无一失等管理目标。此举显著提升了档案利用率,缩短了归档时间,并确保了科研涉密载体的全周期安全。该体系的成功应用为军工科研院所的档案管理提供了创新路径和有益借鉴。Military research institutes have established a digital single set management system for scientific research archives,aiming to respond to the latest national requirements for electronic archive management and solve existing problems in archive management.This system has achieved management goals such as overall planning of archival professional development and foolproof electronic archives through multiple management measures,such as system planning,continuous iteration,and leveraging collective wisdom to promote innovation and upgrade information systems.This significantly improves the utilization rate of archives,shortens the archiving time,and ensures the full cycle security of scientific research confidential carriers.The successful application of this system provides an innovative path and useful reference for the archive management of military research institutes.
