摘　　要：目的,本研究基于山东省继续医学教育开展情况和满意度调查,旨在优化管理并指导未来工作。方法,通过数据分析应用spss25软件,以p<0.05为检验标准,通过对数据清洗,采用交叉列联表假设检验、方差分析以及对比分析法、分组分析法等,发掘数据规律。结果,国家级省级继教项目主要问题是同类型内容重复项目多,缺乏经费支持是继续医学教育主要问题,卫生技术人员期望借此提高专业技能。结论,医院级别越高,继教管理专职人员越多,二三级医院满意度较高,医务人员参加继教主要为提升专业技能,一年一次公共课程考试接受度高,继教项目存在内容重复、缺乏经费等问题。Objective,This study aims to optimize management and guide future work based on the development and satisfaction survey of continuing medical education in Shandong Province.Methods,Data analysis was conducted using SPSS25 software,with a test standard of p<0.05.Through data cleaning,cross-tabulation hypothesis testing,analysis of variance,comparative analysis,and grouping analysis were employed to uncover data patterns.Results,The main issues with national and provincial continuing education projects are the repetition of similar content and a lack of financial support,which is the primary problem of continuing medical education.Health technical personnel expect to improve their professional skills through these programs.Conclusion,The higher the hospital level,the more dedicated continuing education management personnel there are,and secondary and tertiary hospitals have higher satisfaction levels.Medical staff participate in continuing education mainly to enhance their professional skills,and there is a high acceptance rate for annual public course exams.Continuing education projects face issues such as content repetition and a lack of funding.
