摘　　要：环境公益诉讼旨在保护环境公共利益,遏制环境污染行为,但目前我国在环境公益诉讼方面的司法制度尚不完善,特别是在处理塑料企业环境污染案件时面临诸多问题。基于此,本文深入探讨了塑料企业环境公益诉讼的问题,提出了完善相关司法制度的建议。Environmental public interest litigation aims to protect the public interest of the environment and curb environmental pollut ion behavior.However,the judicial system for environmental public interest litigation in China is not yet perfect,especially when dealing with environmental pollution cases of plastic enterprises,which face many problems.Based on this,this article delves into the i ssue of environmental public interest litigation in plastic enterprises and proposes suggestions for improving the relevant judicial system.
