摘　　要：本文旨在探讨大型城市公安特警能力建设的重要性、现状、挑战及具体建设对策。随着大型城市的快速发展,社会治安形势日益复杂,公安特警作为维护社会稳定、打击犯罪的重要力量,其能力建设显得尤为重要。文章首先分析了大型城市的发展特点、特警能力素质要求,随后深入剖析了当前特警能力建设的现状和挑战,并提出了针对性的建设目标和保障机制。This article aims to explore the importance,current situation,challenges,and specific construction strategies of the capacity building of public security special police in large cities.With the rapid development of large cities,the social security situation is becoming increasingly complex.As an important force in maintaining social stability and combating crime,the capacity building of public security special police is particularly important.The article first analyzes the development characteristics of large cities and the requirements for the competence and quality of special police.Then,it deeply analyzes the current situation and challenges of special police capacity construction,and proposes targeted construction goals and guarantee mechanisms.
