偏振成像技术在油气井可视化检测中的应用研究

摘  要:为了研究偏振成像技术在油气井可视化检测中的应用潜力,设计了基于井下环境的偏振成像技术探索实验。实验通过在井下可视化测井仪器上安装偏振器件来实现偏振成像结构的搭建,在模拟的油气井套管中展开实验,使用VLTW-54A视频采集软件对实验的井下视频及图片进行采集,通过对采集的井下环境中接箍、井壁的偏振图像与可见光图像的对比发现,在浑浊的井下环境水体中,偏振成像技术应用于可视化检测可以滤除油状物、水珠等悬浮物的杂散光,使目标物的边缘轮廓更加清晰,相较于原始光强图像,偏振图像对比度与清晰度均有所提升,验证了该技术在模拟井下环境中的实际效果。In order to study the application potential of polarization imaging technology in visual detection of oil and gas wells,an exploration experiment of polarization imaging technology based on downhole environment is designed in this paper.In the experiment,polarization device is installed on the downhole visual logging instrument to build the polarization imaging structure,and the experiment is carried out in the simulated oil and gas well casing.The VLTW-54A video acquisition software is used to collect the downhole videos and pictures of the experiment.The comparison between the polarization images of the collar and the shaft wall in the downhole environment and the visible light images is found.In the muddy underground water environment,the application of polarization imaging technology in visual detection can filter the stray light of suspended objects such as oil,water,and so on,making the edge outline of the target object clearer.Compared with the original light intensity image,the contrast and clarity of the polarization image are improved.
