摘　　要：实现高效的财务票据档案管理,集团公司需按照流程对各种报销票据凭证等进行合理的分类、编号、备注、配套整合归档。整个归档流程工作均需要用户手动进行,过程重复性动作多,细节要求繁琐,长期的操作下用户出现视觉疲劳时,容易出现票据归档顺序位置错乱,造成后续审计资金数据异常等风险。针对以上归档问题,项目组利用软硬一体化技术,设计一种智能归档终端,实现票据的自动化、高效、准确归档。To achieve efficient file management of financial bills,the group company needs to classify,number,note,integrate and archive various reimbursement vouchers in a reasonable and standardized manner according to the process.The entire archiving process requires the user to carry out manually,with many repetitive actions and tedious details.When the user has visual fatigue during long-term operation,the order and position of the bill archiving are likely to be confused,resulting in risks such as abnormal fund data in subsequent audit.In view of the above archiving problems,the project team designed an intelligent archiving terminal by using the integration technology of software and hardware to realize the automatic,efficient and accurate archiving of bills.
