摘　　要：数字化浪潮推进、科技强国政策导向,致使离散制造企业不得不面对沿袭既有模式、开启两化融合,或是数字化转型等的路径抉择。然而对于两化融合推进步骤、与数字化转型关联区分等事项,由于企业诸多不同特点,并无统一定义与具体标准,企业多以寻找相似实践作为参考,从而降低改革成本。The advancement of the digital wave and the policy orientation of building a strong technology country have forced discrete manufacturing enterprises to face path choices such as inheriting existing models,initiating integration of industrialization and industrialization,or digital transformation.However,regarding the steps to promote the integration of industrialization and digitalization,as well as the distinction between them and digital transformation,due to the many different characteristics of enterprises,there is no unified definition and specific standards.Enterprises often use similar practices as a reference to reduce reform costs.
