摘　　要：设计了一条具有冗余性质的双路多段输煤自动控制系统,采用并行和交叉模式实现了故障输煤线的自动关断和切换。选用FX2N-80MT-D型PLC,基于顺序控制的设计思路,开发了控制程序,设计了逆煤延时启动、顺煤延时停止的算法,实现了输煤带上无余煤功能,利用传送比较指令实现了皮带跑偏报警与跳停功能。经襄樊火电厂的实际应用,该系统加强了运行和节能管理,提高了输煤系统的自动化程度与可靠性。A dual channel multi segment coal conveying automatic control system with redundancy is designed,and the automatic shutdown and switching of the faulty coal conveying line were achieved using parallel and cross modes.The FX2N-80MT-D PLC is selected,and based on the design concept of sequential control,a control program is developed.Algorithms for reverse coal delay start and forward coal delay stop are designed,realizing the function of no remaining coal on the coal conveyor belt.The belt deviation alarm and trip stop functions are achieved by using transmission comparison commands.Through the practical application of Xiangfan Thermal Power Plant,the system has strengthened operation and energy-saving management,and improved the automation and reliability of the coal conveying system.
