摘 要:多糖类化合物是一类由多个单糖通过糖苷键连接形成的复杂碳水化合物,广泛存在于植物、真菌、海藻和微生物中,具有安全、高效、毒副作用小、残留少等优点,在食品、医药、保健品领域中具有广泛的应用前景。多糖类化合物作为饲料添加剂可促进免疫器官的生长发育,保护肠黏膜屏障功能,促进有益菌在肠道中的生长繁殖,抑制有害菌的增殖,从而缓解动物的免疫应激。此外,多糖类化合物可提高机体抗氧化酶活性,降低脂质过氧化物和氧自由基水平,从而缓解动物的氧化应激,较少应激对畜禽生长性能的负面影响。本文主要综述了多糖类化合物作为饲料添加剂对动物免疫应激和氧化应激的缓解作用研究进展,为进一步深入研究多糖类化合物的生物活性作用,开发安全、绿色、高效的饲料添加剂提供参考。Polysaccharide compounds are complex carbohydrates made up of monosaccharides linked by glycosidic bonds.Found in plants,fungi,algae,and microorganisms,they are known for their safety,high efficiency,low toxicity and minimal residue,making them widely applicable in food,medicine and healthcare products.As feed additives,polysaccharide compounds help reduce immune stress in animals by supporting immune organ growth,protecting the intestinal mucosal barrier,promoting beneficial gut bacteria and inhibiting harmful bacteria.Polysaccharide compounds also improve antioxidant enzyme activity,decrease lipid peroxides and free radical levels,alleviating oxidative stress,and minimizing its negative impact on livestock and poultry growth.This paper reviews recent studies on how polysaccharide compounds as feed additives alleviate immune and oxidative stress,aims to provide a foundation for further research on their bioactivity and the development of safe,green and effective feed additives.
