摘  要:宫内生长迟缓(IUGR)是指由于胎儿本身的遗传因素或母体因素导致胎儿在子宫内无法达到预期生长水平的现象,主要表现为出生体重较轻、组织器官发育受损等。IUGR常引起动物肠道形态和功能受损,导致营养物质消化吸收不良、肠道菌群紊乱和感染风险增加。因此,正确认识IUGR对肠道功能和健康的影响,明确其损伤机制,对缓解IUGR引起的肠道损伤具有重要指导意义。本文主要从IUGR对动物肠道屏障和功能的影响、可能的作用机制及调控措施等方面对国内外相关研究进展进行综述,以期为动物IUGR的研究与防控提供参考。Intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR)refers to the phenomenon where the fetus is unable to achieve the expected growth level in the womb due to its own genetic factors or maternal factors,mainly manifested by lower birth weight and impaired development of tissues and organs.IUGR often leads to damage in intestinal morphology and function,resulting in poor nutrient digestion and absorption in animals and intestinal microflora disorder,and then increased risk of infection.Therefore,correct understanding the impact of IUGR on intestinal function and health,and clarifying its damage mechanism,are of great guiding significance for alleviating intestinal damage caused by IUGR.This article mainly reviewed the impact of IUGR on animal intestinal barriers and functions,underlying mechanisms of action,regulatory strategies,and other related research progress at home and abroad,to provide references for the research and prevention of animal IUGR.
