摘  要:本试验旨在测定玉米深加工副产物生长猪消化能(DE)、代谢能(ME)和营养物质表观全肠道消化率,并建立其有效能预测方程。将16头健康的去势公猪按照16×3尤丁方设计原则随机分为8组,分别饲喂玉米基础饲粮和7种玉米深加工副产物饲粮。试验共3期,每期12 d,包括7 d饲粮适应期和5 d粪尿收集期。每个饲粮处理共6个重复,每个重复1头猪。结果表明:7种玉米深加工副产物的总能(GE)、粗蛋白质(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)和粗脂肪(EE)含量分别为17.02~24.92 MJ/kg、25.25%~29.58%、4.69%~48.14%、2.03%~22.19%和6.43%~30.10%。风干状态下,7种玉米深加工副产物的DE和ME分别为7.72~19.37 MJ/kg和7.02~18.22 MJ/kg。7种玉米深加工副产物的GE、干物质、CP、NDF和ADF表观全肠道消化率分别为38.55%~83.63%、35.48%~81.47%、61.10%~84.90%、7.70%~84.69%和9.04%~80.12%。玉米深加工副产物DE和ME与GE呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。基于营养成分建立玉米深加工副产物ME的预测方程分别为:ME(MJ/kg)=0.9546×DE(MJ/kg)-0.1912;ME(MJ/kg)=0.9064×DE(MJ/kg)+0.1217×粗灰分(Ash,%)-0.2611;ME(MJ/kg)=0.8602×DE(MJ/kg)+0.1249×CP(%)+0.2245×Ash(%)-0.3685。综上所述,不同玉米深加工副产物营养成分具有很大差异,导致其有效能变化较大,有必要进一步扩大原料数量以提高有效能预测方程的准确性。The study was conducted to determine digestible energy(DE),metabolizable energy(ME)and apparent total intestinal digestibility of nutrients of corn deep-processing byproducts for growing pigs.Sixteen healthy castrated boars were randomly divided into 8 groups according to the 16×3 Yudin square design principle,and fed corn-based diet and 7 kinds of corn byproducts diet,respectively.The experiment consisted of 3 periods with 12 days in each period,including 7 days of dietary adaptation period and 5 days of fecal urine collection period.There were 6 replicates per diet treatment and 1 pig per replicate.Results showed as follows:the contents of gross energy(GE),crude protein(CP),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF)and ether extract(EE)in 7 corn deep-processing byproducts ranged from 17.61 to 20.81 MJ/kg,25.25%to 29.58%,4.69%to 29.58%,2.03%to 21.19%and 8.30%to 30.10%,respectively.Under air-dry condition,the DE and ME of 7 kinds of corn byproducts were 7.72 to 19.37 MJ/kg and 7.02 to 18.22 MJ/kg,respectively.The apparent total intestinal digestibility of GE,dry matter,CP,NDF and ADF of seven corn byproducts were 38.55%to 83.63%,35.48%to 81.47%,61.10%to 84.90%,7.70%to 84.69%and 9.04%to 80.12%,respectively.The byproducts DE and ME of corn deep-processing were significantly positively correlated with GE(P<0.05).Based on the nutrient content,the prediction equations for ME were developed as following:ME(MJ/kg)=0.9546×DE(MJ/kg)-0.1912;ME(MJ/kg)=0.9064×DE(MJ/kg)+0.1217×Ash(%)-0.2611;ME(MJ/kg)=0.8602×DE(MJ/kg)+0.1249×CP(%)+0.2245×Ash(%)-0.3685.In summary,there are large differences in the nutrient contents among different corn deep-processing byproducts,resulting in varying available energy.It is necessary to further expand sample numbers of corn deep-processing byproducts to improve the accuracy of prediction equations for the available energy.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2025,37(4):2233-2244]
