摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮代谢能(ME)和粗蛋白质(CP)水平对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血清生化指标和营养物质利用率的影响。选取882只产蛋率相近的62周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分成6个组,每组7个重复,每个重复21只鸡。试验采用2×3双因素设计,2个饲粮ME水平分别为11.50和11.00 MJ/kg,3个饲粮CP水平分别为14%、15%和16%。预试期1周,正试期12周。结果显示:1)各试验阶段(第1~4周、第5~8周、第9~12周和第1~12周),饲粮ME水平为11.00 MJ/kg时的产蛋率显著高于饲粮ME水平为11.50 MJ/kg时(P<0.05),平均蛋重显著低于饲粮ME水平为11.50 MJ/kg时(P<0.05)。饲粮ME和CP水平对各试验阶段平均蛋重和第1~4周料蛋比存在显著的交互作用(P<0.05)。2)第4周、第8周和第12周,饲粮ME水平为11.50 MJ/kg时的蛋白高度、蛋黄颜色和哈氏单位显著高于饲粮ME水平为11.00 MJ/kg时(P<0.05),饲粮CP水平为14%时的蛋黄颜色显著高于饲粮CP水平为16%时(P<0.05)。饲粮ME和CP水平对第4周和第12周的蛋黄颜色存在显著的交互作用(P<0.05)。3)饲粮CP水平为14%和16%时的血清白蛋白(ALB)含量显著高于饲粮CP水平为15%时(P<0.05),饲粮CP水平为15%时的血清球蛋白(GLB)含量显著高于饲粮CP水平为14%和16%时(P<0.05)。4)饲粮CP水平为16%时的赖氨酸(Lys)、苏氨酸(Thr)、亮氨酸(Leu)和苯丙氨酸(Phe)利用率显著高于饲粮CP水平为15%时(P<0.05),而蛋氨酸(Met)和异亮氨酸(Ile)利用率显著高于饲粮CP水平为14%时(P<0.05)。饲粮ME和CP水平对Ile、Leu和Phe利用率存在显著的交互作用(P<0.05)。5)饲粮ME水平为11.00 MJ/kg时的粗脂肪利用率显著高于饲粮ME水平为11.50 MJ/kg时(P<0.05)。饲粮CP水平为16%时的粗灰分和粗脂肪利用率显著高于饲粮CP水平为14%和15%时(P<0.05)。饲粮ME和CP水平对粗灰分利用率存在显著的交互作用(P<0.05)。综上所述,当饲粮ME和CP水平分别为11.00 MJ/kg和15%时,更有利于海兰褐蛋鸡产蛋�This study aimed to investigate the effects of dietary metabolizable energy(ME)and crude protein(CP)levels on performance,egg quality,serum biochemical indices and nutrient utilization rates of laying hens in late laying period.A total of 882 sixty-two-week-old Hy-Line brown laying hens with similar laying rate were randomly divided into 6 groups with 7 replicates per group and 21 hens per replicate.The experiment adopted a 2×3 two factors design,two dietary ME levels were 11.50 and 11.00 MJ/kg,respectively,and three dietary CP levels were 14%,15%and 16%,respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 1 week,and the experimental period lasted for 12 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)during all experimental stages(weeks 1 to 4,weeks 5 to 8,weeks 9 to 12 and weeks 1 to 12),the laying rate at dietary ME level of 11.00 MJ/kg was significantly higher than that at dietary ME level of 11.50 MJ/kg(P<0.05),and the average egg weight was significantly lower than that at dietary ME level of 11.50 MJ/kg(P<0.05).Dietary ME and CP levels had significant interactions in the average egg weight during all experimental stages and feed to egg ratio during weeks 1 to 4(P<0.05).2)On week 4,week 8 and week 12,the albumen height,yolk color and Haugh unit at dietary ME level of 11.50 MJ/kg were significantly higher than those at dietary ME level of 11.00 MJ/kg(P<0.05),and the yolk color at dietary CP level of 14%was significantly higher than that at dietary CP level of 16%(P<0.05).Dietary ME and CP levels had significant interaction in the yolk color on week 4 and week 12(P<0.05).3)The serum albumin(ALB)content at dietary CP levels of 14%and 16%was significantly higher than that at dietary CP level of 15%(P<0.05),and the serum globulin(GLB)content at dietary CP level of 15%was significantly higher than that dietary CP levels of 14%and 16%(P<0.05).4)The utilization rates of lysine(Lys),threonine(Thr),isoleucine(Leu)and phenylalanine(Phe)at dietary CP level of 16%were significantly higher than those that at dietary CP level of 15
