育成期蛋鸡玉米氨基酸标准回肠消化率的测定及预测方程的建立

摘  要:本研究旨在测定育成期蛋鸡对10种不同产地玉米氨基酸表观回肠消化率(AID)和标准回肠消化率(SID),并通过逐步回归法,以玉米物理特性、常规营养成分和氨基酸含量为预测因子,建立育成期蛋鸡对玉米中氨基酸SID的预测方程。试验共选取330只101日龄健康且体重[(1285±10)g]相近的海兰灰蛋鸡,随机分为11个组,每组6个重复,每个重复5只鸡。C0组饲喂无氮饲粮,C1组~C10组分别饲喂不同产地玉米配制的半纯合试验饲粮。试验期3 d。试验期结束后,所有鸡采用二氧化碳(CO_(2))气体致昏后颈动脉放血处死并采集回肠后端食糜待测。结果表明:1)育成期蛋鸡回肠内源性氨基酸损失量为238.36~1746.03 mg/kg DMI,其中损失量最高的为谷氨酸,最低的为色氨酸。2)育成期蛋鸡对玉米氨基酸SID的平均值为87.27%~97.10%。在必需氨基酸中,赖氨酸SID最低,平均值为87.27%;蛋氨酸SID最高,平均值为97.10%;在非必需氨基酸中,甘氨酸SID最低,平均值为88.02%;谷氨酸SID最高,平均值为94.89%。3)本试验共建立了育成期蛋鸡对玉米中18种氨基酸SID预测方程,决定系数(R^(2))在0.449~0.975,其中苯丙氨酸SID预测方程拟合度最高(苯丙氨酸SID=78.891-43.076×异亮氨酸+36.446×组氨酸+0.439×总能+0.009×容重,R^(2)=0.975),且蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、缬氨酸和甘氨酸SID预测方程R^(2)均超过0.90,拟合度好。综上所述,育成期蛋鸡对10种不同产地玉米中18种氨基酸SID变异较大,基于玉米物理特性、常规营养成分和氨基酸含量指标构建的氨基酸SID预测方程拟合度较好,可为快速预测玉米中可消化氨基酸含量、优化育成期蛋鸡饲粮配方提供数据支撑。This study aimed to determine the apparent ileal digestibility(AID)and standardized ileal digestibility(SID)of amino acids in 10 kinds of corn from different producing areas in layer chickens during growing period and establish the prediction equations for amino acid SID using stepwise regression with predictors including physical characteristics and contents of conventional nutrients and amino acids in corn.At 101 days of age,a total of 330 healthy Hy-Line gray layer chickens with similar body weight of(1285±10)g were randomly allotted to 11 groups with 6 replicates per group and 5 chickens per replicate.The birds in group C0 were fed a nitrogen-free diet,and birds in groups C1 to C10 were fed semi-homozygous experimental diets prepared with corn from different producing areas.The experiment lasted for 3 days.After the experiment,all birds were stunned with carbon dioxide(CO_(2))gas,slaughtered by cutting the carotid artery,and then the ileal ended digesta was collected.The results showed as follows:1)the range of ileal endogenous amino acid loss(IEAA)in layer chickens during growing period was 238.36 to 1746.03 mg/kg DMI,and glutamic acid had the highest IEAA value,while tryptophan exhibited the lowest IEAA value.2)The amino acid SID in corn in layer chickens during growing period was ranged from 87.27%to 97.10%.Among essential amino acids,lysine SID was the lowest,with a mean value of 87.27%,while methionine SID was the highest,with a mean value of 97.10%.Among non-essential amino acids,glycine SID was the lowest,with a mean value of 88.02%,and glutamic acid SID was the highest,with a mean value of 94.89%.3)SID prediction equations for all 18 amino acids in corn in layer chickens during growing period were established in this experiment,and their determination coefficient(R^(2))was ranged from 0.449 to 0.975,in which the phenylalanine SID prediction equation showed the highest fit(phenylalanine SID=78.891-43.076×isoleucine+36.446×histidine+0.439×gross energy+0.009×bulk density,R^(2)=0.975),and the R^(2)of
