摘  要:本试验旨在探讨饲粮L-精氨酸添加水平对蛋种鸭产蛋性能、蛋品质、繁殖性能及血浆、肝脏生化和抗氧化指标的影响。试验采用单因素完全随机设计,将504只150日龄的福建龙岩山麻鸭随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复14只鸭。各组分别在基础饲粮中添加0、0.15%、0.30%、0.45%、0.60%、0.75%的L-精氨酸。预试期4周,正试期12周。结果表明:1)饲粮中添加L-精氨酸对蛋种鸭产蛋性能无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)饲粮中添加L-精氨酸对蛋种鸭蛋品质无显著影响(P>0.05)。随着饲粮L-精氨酸添加水平增加,全蛋和蛋清粗蛋白质含量呈线性和二次曲线变化(P<0.05),蛋黄粗蛋白质含量呈二次曲线变化(P<0.05)。3)饲粮中添加L-精氨酸对血浆白蛋白、肌酐、总胆红素、尿酸、葡萄糖含量和谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性及总抗氧化能力均无显著影响(P>0.05),对血浆总蛋白、丙二醛含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、总超氧化物歧化酶活性有显著影响(P<0.05)。4)饲粮中添加L-精氨酸对蛋种鸭肝脏指数、肝脏甘油三酯含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、总超氧化物歧化酶活性无显著影响(P>0.05),对肝脏总胆固醇、丙二醛含量和总抗氧化能力有显著影响(P<0.05)。随着饲粮L-精氨酸添加水平的增加,肝脏总胆固醇、丙二醛含量和总超氧化物歧化酶活性呈二次曲线变化(P<0.05)。5)饲粮中添加L-精氨酸可显著提高输卵管长度(P<0.05),饲粮中添加0.30%的L-精氨酸可显著提高大白卵泡数量和重量(P<0.05)。6)饲粮中添加L-精氨酸对蛋重、受精率、孵化率、弱雏率和死胚率均无显著影响(P>0.05)。饲粮中添加0.30%的L-精氨酸可显著提高初生鸭重(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加L-精氨酸对蛋种鸭产蛋性能和蛋品质无显著影响,但可以提高种蛋粗蛋白质含量,增加大白卵泡数量和初生鸭重,提高蛋种鸭繁殖性能。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary L-arginine supplemental levels on laying performance,egg quality,reproductive performance and plasma and liver biochemical and antioxidant indices of breeding ducks.The experiment adopted a single-factor completely randomized design,a total of 504 Fujian Longyan mountain ducks at 150 days of age were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates per group and 14 ducks per replicate.Ducks in 6 groups were fed basal diets supplemented with 0,0.15%,0.30%,0.45%,0.60%and 0.75%L-arginine,respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 4 weeks,and the experimental period lasted for 12 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)dietary L-arginine had no significant effect on the laying performance of breeding ducks(P>0.05).2)Dietary L-arginine had no significant effect on the egg quality of breeding ducks(P>0.05).With the dietary L-arginine supplemental level increased,the contents of crude protein in whole egg and albumen showed linearly and quadratic changes(P<0.05),and the yolk crude protein content showed a quadratic change(P<0.05).3)Dietary L-arginine had no significant effects on the contents of albumin,creatinine,total bilirubin,uric acid and glucose,activities of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase and total antioxidant capacity in plasma(P>0.05),but had significant effects on contents of total protein and malondialdehyde and activities of glutathione peroxidase and total superoxide dismutase in plasma(P<0.05).4)Dietary L-arginine had no significant effects on the liver index,triglyceride content and glutathione peroxidase and total superoxide dismutase activities(P>0.05),but had significant effects on the liver total cholesterol and malondialdehyde contents and total antioxidant capacity(P<0.05).With the dietary L-arginine supplemental level increased,the liver total cholesterol and malondialdehyde contents and total superoxide dismutase activity showed quadratic changes(P<0.05).5)Dietary L-arginine significantly increased
